We had a fantastic few days’ stay at this lovely apartment. It was full of authentic Venetian character and charm. We were met at the vaporetto station by Matilda, who gave us a thorough introduction to both the flat, and to the neighbourhood. She recommended some good cafes and must-see places that were not on the regular tourist trail. The location of the apartment was superb. Just a few metres walk to Piazza San Marco (as well as the Rialto), and yet it felt secluded and was very quiet. The living room window overlooked Campo San Gallo and we spent several hours people-watching while drinking supermarket (and excellent!) Bellini. Would definitely recommend.

They gave us clear and precise instructions so that we could reach the apartment easily. The apartment is clean and convenient. Venice is a beautiful city and thanks to this apartment I was able to live it to the fullest.

This place is really nice and very convenient in terms of location. We were really like home with all the needed amenities. The place is extremely clean. Check in and out were very smooth. We also got local tips upon arrival. We would definitely stay there again!

“Our stay was fantastic. We were 1 large block from Piazza San Marco, 2 minutes walk. The apartment was just as described, clean, quiet and comfortable. The wireless internet worked perfectly. Anna and Roberto were very responsive via AirBNB and text messages after we began our stay. Matilde managed our check-in and check-out. She was great, explained everything for us, gave us little maps, and suggested places to eat as well. Best decision to stay here rather than a hotel (we were 3 adults and 2 children).”

A wonderful terrace: breathtaking view of the campanile and the basilica. Ideal for breakfasts and dinners. Neat interior, very good beds, quiet neighborhood 2 minutes from Saint Mark's Square. Highly recommended

We loved the San Samuele area and the lovely apartment. It was safe, clean, close to Vaporetto stop and very easy to get to. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. It was very easy to get around Venice from the the apartment and in a very quiet area. Local cafes and bars were easily accessible and walking to the square was close by. Beds comfortable, air conditioned and good sized kitchen. We would highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable apartment, with everything you might want or need during your stay in Venice. We loved coming home to it every day! The San Samuele vaporetto stop is literally down the street and the Palazzo Grassi is around the corner. Campo Santo Stefano is charming, with a pharmacy and cafes with good coffee, breakfast and sandwiches. We'd recommend Osteria Al Bacareto for an easy dinner one night, or you can just stop by late and have some great fried sardines at the bar! All in all, we recommend it.
We enjoyed our stay in Venice so much more because of this beautiful apartment! It felt as comfortable as home—thank you so much for hosting us. We hope to come back one day!

Very central apartment, very nice, well-kept down to the smallest detail. It allows you to experience Venice as, and better than, the best hotels. Friendly host is very accurate.

We visited Venice a few weeks after the major flooding and we were kept up to date daily on the situation. The city was amazing. This apartment is located in the best area with only a short walk to the Square, restaurants and shopping. The apartment was perfect! We had 5 in our family and were more than comfortable. If I could give the apartment more than 5 stars, I would. Just beautiful.

Anna's apartment is really beautiful exactly as seen in the photos. Really central location 5 min walk from Piazza San Marco in a very quiet street. There are all possible comforts and communication with the owner was fast and effective. Super recommended !!!
